WASHINGTON, Jan 27 (Reuters) - U.S. President Joe Biden, in a call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy on Thursday, reaffirmed Washington's readiness to respond decisively if Russia invades Ukraine, the White House said in a statement.
