Earthquake of magnitude 5.6 strikes Haiti region – EMSC

Jan 24 (Reuters) - An earthquake of 5.6 magnitude struck the Haiti region on Monday, the European Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC) said.

The quake, which was at a depth of 10km (6.21 miles) was later revised to 5.2 magnitude, EMSC said. (Reporting by Shubhendu Satish Deshmukh in Bengaluru; Editing by Ramakrishnan M.)
