GENEVA, Jan 21 (Reuters) - Russia is not afraid of anyone, not even the United States, Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said on Friday on arriving for a meeting with U.S. diplomats in Geneva to discuss soaring tensions over Ukraine.
