PARIS, Jan 13 (Reuters) - The French Education Ministry said an estimated 31% of teachers were on strike on Thursday, as protests took place across the country over what demonstrators said was the government's failure to adopt a coherent policy for schools to manage the COVID-19 pandemic and protect pupils and staff against infection.
